How long is the warranty on Hzdecktiles Tiles?

● Hzdecktiles Tiles come with a 10-year proven warranty.
● Commercializing since 2013 without any claims or warranty issues!

Are they slippery?

● NO, not even when they are wet. Hzdecktiles Tiles have a textured surface that provides excellent slip resistance, making them suitable for use around pools, spas, and other wet areas.
● We don’t recommend that you leave them standing/soaking in water as moss or other slippery debris could accumulate. They are waterproof and designed to let water run off under.

Does it feel like plastic?

● NO! They are made of a composite material.
● This gives them a pleasant wood feel barefoot and a grain texture due them sanded surface.
● These tiles are a great choice for those who want the look and feel of natural wood without the maintenance time and cost (e.g. painting, oiling, re-sanding annually twice).
● Especially if you consider that on the painted, coated timber decks barefoot you feel only the coating, but never the wood.

How do I clean the Hzdecktiles tiled surface?

● For general cleaning of the tiled surface, you can simply use a blower, broom, brush or hose or a pressure washer.
● For tough stains, you can use boiling water and detergent applied on a sponge or any outdoor cleaning agent from a hardware store.

Do they need screws or other fasteners for fixing?

● NO. Hzdecktiles Tiles are designed to click together securely without the need for any additional screws or fasteners, to create a solid, stable surface.
● This self interlocking design makes installation quick and easy, and eliminates the need for any specialized tools or skills.

Do I need a professional to install the tiles?

● NO need for.
● Hzdecktiles Tiles are designed to be easy to install and do not require any special tools or professional installation. You may need a wood cutting tool if you need to cut the tiles across the boards.
● 95% of our customers install the tiles themselves. However, if you are not confident in your DIY skills, you may want to consider hiring a local handyman to ensure proper installation.

Can I install the tiles on dirt or grass?

● NO. Hzdecktiles Tiles are designed to be installed on a solid, flat surface such as concrete, pavers, timber deck or an existing solid surface.
● Customers often use them on compacted road-base, adding a layer of weed-mat on the top to stabilize surface before laying the tiles.
